We have stayed several times at Hotel d’Albe and loved it each time.  Great spot, walk to everything, Seine about 100 metres away, lots of handy restaurants, Metro almost at the door, wonderful staff, great breakfast room, sinful patisserie on the corner.  Clean, modern, comfortable interior but we really loved the lift - we don’t have micro lifts like that in Australia.  Buy a Paris Visite card before you leave home and catch the RER train from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the St Michel RER/Metro and walk round the corner to the hotel!  Would love to come back again.
