We arrived at the hotel at 9:00am on Monday, August 31st via train.  Our room was not quite ready however we were directed next door for a quick breakfast and cup of coffee, which was fabulous.  Our Triple room was ready within 1/2 hour.  The room was great and very spacious for the 3 of us.  The hotel is in the best location for walking or catching the Metro to all the local attractions.  We were extremely please with all the guest services.  The front desk staff was very helpful with directions, dining suggestions and umbrellas when it rained.  We blew a fuse in our room and the staff was quick to respond.  Our rate was inclusive of breakfast which was a pleasant surprise.  A great variety of choices and extremely pleasant service.  Overall one of our best experiences on our recent trip.  We would love to stay again!
