Absolutely perfect choice

The Hotel Albe was a great choice for myself, my husband and my adult daughter. The triple room was spacious and very quiet, despite being located in the boisterous Latin Quarter. We loved being able to get a cross breeze with the windows open when we didn’t use the air conditioning. The location was perfect - convenient to the Metro, popular sites, and lots of restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable with a roomy and spotless bathroom/shower. The housekeeping staff was responsive. The front desk staff was helpful when responding to a request, but not particularly warm and friendly in that they didn’t make efforts to converse to see if they could be of assistance or just offer a friendly word or to. Not a big deal, as we were very busy and on-the-go all the time, but some guests could perceive the atmosphere as a little “stuffy.” The staff was very understanding with us at checkout when we were a little past the check out time (only to discover our watch was an hour off); luckily we received a call from them to check on us or we would have missed our train.  I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it highly.  After much research to choose a hotel room that could accommodate three people, the Hotel Albe was a perfect choice.
